1) How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges are subject to your location and will vary, please refer to our Shipping page for more information. As an alternative to shipping it may possible to collect your dog fencing from our warehouse locations in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
2) How will the fence be delivered to me?
The dog fencing will arrive in a flat packed box with an easy to follow DIY assembly kit including tools and instructions.
3) How easy is the fencing to install?
It takes approximately 1 hour to fit the pet fencing together. The fence arrives flat packed and comes with easy to follow step by step guide assembly instructions.
4) What material is the fencing made from?
Our pet and dog enclosures are made from Galvanised Steel - ideal for Australia and the outdoor elements.
5) Am I able to have a different gate size?
No - gate sizes are standard to ensure the stability of the pet enclosure.
6) Does the dog fencing come in a range of colours or PVC coating?
No - we do not use any toxic coatings on our pet enclosures. The fencing is made from Galvanised Steel.
7) Do I need a shaded roof and what is it made from?
Made from UV and water protection cloth, a shade roof will offer your pet additional protection from the sun or rain. We recommend a shaded roof for those who will be leaving their pet outside for extended periods of time.
8) How easy is the enclosure to clean?
The pet enclosure is very easy to clean, simply hose and wipe down.
9) How easily can I move the fencing?
Once erected, the enclosure can be easily moved by 2 people.
10) What standard sizes does the fence come in?
- Small Pets: 230cm x 230cm - height = 120cm
- Small to Medium Pets: 230cm x 230cm - height = 180cm
- Large Pets: 396cm x 230cm - height = 180cm
- Modular Panels are available in 150cm x180cm
11) Can I request a custom size enclosure?
A custom dog fence can be created using the bespoke product.
12) Are there any council requirements I should be aware of?
Most Australian states and local councils have strict laws and regulations for wandering dogs or restricted breeds. Our pet enclosures offer a safe and cost effective solution for all dog containment requirements.
